Broccoli and Cranberry Salad

Ok, who would have thought that such a simple salad could be so delicious? Despite the taste and great balance, it is full of nutrients (learn more about health benefits of broccoli) and it is incredibly easy to make. Enjoy this salad on its own or with any meat or poultry dish.


(enough for 4 people)

  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1 small size White Onion (you can use any onion you like)
  • 100 grams of Sunflower Seeds
  • 100 grams of Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tbs of good quality Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Preparation of this salad could not be easier! Cut the broccoli to small pieces, slice onion to half julienne (two times smaller julienne) and toast sunflower seeds. Put everything into a bowl, add dried cranberries, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix everything up.

It could not be easier. However, it is very very goooooooood!
